This example shows how two basemap layers can work together in a map. In this map, the USA Median Age map is the operational layer. The World Light Gray Base map contains the land, water, and road information and goes beneath the operational layer. The World Light Gray Reference map contains the labels and is placed on top of the operational layer because the isReference property is set to true.
