True if the service supports coordinates quantization, false otherwise.

Coordinates quantization is the process of reducing server payload size by simplifying geometries based on the display resolution. Coordinates quantization support is required to utilize FeatureTilingMode.enabledWhenSupported, along with ArcGISFeatureLayerInfo.supportsQueryWithResultType.
