InsetsViewpointAdjustmentType get insetsViewpointAdjustment

How the viewpoint will be adjusted when the ArcGISMapViewController.contentInsets change.

This property is applicable only if ArcGISMapViewController.locationDisplay is not active or LocationDisplay.autoPanMode is LocationDisplayAutoPanMode.off. The default value is InsetsViewpointAdjustmentType.noAdjustment.
