toMultilayerSymbol method

Converts a PictureFillSymbol to a MultilayerPolygonSymbol with a PictureFillSymbolLayer.

The resulting MultilayerPolygonSymbol contains a single PictureFillSymbolLayer. The value of the MultilayerSymbol.sceneSizeUnit property of the multilayer polygon symbol defaults to SymbolSizeUnits.dips.

Return Value: A MultilayerPolygonSymbol object.
