ESM: import FillSymbol from "@arcgis/core/symbols/FillSymbol";
Class: esri/symbols/FillSymbol
Inheritance: FillSymbol Symbol Accessor
Since: ArcGIS API for JavaScript 4.0

Fill symbols are used to draw Polygon graphics in a GraphicsLayer or a FeatureLayer in a 2D MapView. To create new fill symbols, use either SimpleFillSymbol or PictureFillSymbol.

Fill symbols may also be used to symbolize 2D polygon features in a 3D SceneView. However, it is recommended you use PolygonSymbol3D instead.
