Gets a value indicating whether there is at least one layer or table that cannot be included in the offline map.

Remarks
This property indicates whether the map contains any layers or tables that cannot be taken offline. This is not relevant to offline maps that reference online-only layers and tables. Setting OnlineOnlyServicesOption to Include will allow online-only data to be included in the offline map and referenced by URL.
