Gets or sets the default suggested expiration interval (lifetime) of all tokens.

Remarks
This value can be overridden for a specific token by setting TokenExpirationInterval.
Set to System.TimeSpan.MaxValue to request the maximum allowed expiration time. This is typically 90 days for OAuth credentials, and 14 days for ArcGIS token credentials. See Portal Security documentation to learn more about token expiration.
