Gets or sets the amount to zoom on a double-click/mousewheel.

Remarks
The amount to zoom when using double-click or mouse-wheel to zoom. Defaults to 2, and must be a value greater than 1.
In a MapView where the current map scale is 1:50,000, a value of 2 would indicate to zoom in to 1:25,000 or out to 1:100,000.
