In ArcGIS, popups define how attributes should be displayed when interacting with features in a layer. This interface is implemented by FeatureLayer, RasterLayer, ArcGISSublayer, DynamicEntityLayer, GraphicsOverlay, FeatureTable, and AggregationFeatureReduction.
