Initializes a new instance of the TileInfo class.

MapPoint	origin	The origin of the tiles.
SpatialReference	spatialReference	The spatial reference of the tiles.
System.Int32	tileHeight	Height of a tile, in pixels.
System.Int32	tileWidth	Width of a tile, in pixels.
