Gets the user associated with the credential.

Remarks
For OAuthApplicationCredential and PregeneratedTokenCredential the username is always null.
For AccessTokenCredential the username is specified when the credential is created, but may be blank for network-secured portals.
For OAuthUserCredential the username is determined during OAuth authorization.
