Enum NoDataTileBehavior
The ImageTiledLayer behavior for the tiles without data.

Syntax
public enum NoDataTileBehaviorFields
| Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Blank | Show blank tiles (nothing). That's the default for basemap reference layers. |
| Show | Show the tiles with 'No Data' stamped over them. |
| UpSample | Show coarser tiles. That's the default for operational layers and basemap base layers. |
