GetFormattedValue(PopupField)
Returns a formatted String representation of the current popup field's value.

Remarks
If Expressions is not empty, the PopupField may be using expressions with Arcade FeatureSet functions. Use EvaluateExpressionsAsync() to evaluate the Arcade expressions before trying to get the formatted System.String representation of the popup field's value, otherwise it may return an empty string. If the field is part of a CodedValueDomain, the Name is returned.
