Gets or sets the path to the SENC resource files.

Remarks
If null, a temporary path is used.
The SENC path should always be set explicitly before using ENC functionality.
SENC files can take a long time to generate. The default temp path may not preserve generated files between app runs or over time.
SENC files should not be backed up, and care should be taken to ensure that this path will not be included in backups. SENC files are machine- and build-specfic.
