Gets a collection of ENC warnings encountered during load.

Remarks

Note that, despite the property name being "LoadWarnings", the type of the warnings are exceptions. This is intentional. The warnings themselves are, at this time, SSE codes and their accompanying text, as defined by the S-63 specification.
