ToGars(MapPoint)

Returns a formatted coordinate string in Global Area Reference System (GARS) notation representing the given MapPoint's location.

Declaration

Parameters

MapPoint	point	The location to be represented in GARS notation.

Returns

System.String	A GARS notation string representing the GARS cell containing the given point.

Remarks

The point must have a SpatialReference set.

Exceptions

Type	Condition
System.ArgumentNullException	point is null.
System.ArgumentException	point does not have a spatial reference.
