GeometryEngineConvexHull Method (IEnumerableGeometry, Boolean)

Returns the convex hull for the geometries in the given collection.

Namespace:  Esri.ArcGISRuntime.Geometry
Assembly:  Esri.ArcGISRuntime (in Esri.ArcGISRuntime.dll) Version: 100.9.0
Syntax
public static IEnumerable<Geometry> ConvexHull(
	IEnumerable<Geometry> geometries,
	bool merge
)

Parameters

geometries
Type: System.Collections.GenericIEnumerableGeometry
A collection of geometries.
merge
Type: SystemBoolean
Return a single geometry that encloses all the geometries (true), or one enclosing geometry for each in the collection (false).

Return Value

Type: IEnumerableGeometry
If merge is true, returns a single convex hull that encloses all the geometries in the collection as a single geometry in an collection. If merge is false, returns the minimum bounding geometry that completely encloses each of the geometries in the given collection. If geometries is empty, returns an empty array.
Remarks
The geometries must have consistent spatial references.
Examples

WPF

Example Name: ConvexHullList
