This page lists system requirements for the 100.10 release of ArcGIS Runtime SDK for .NET, which contains APIs to develop apps for Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF), Universal Windows Platform (UWP), Xamarin.Android, Xamarin.iOS, and Xamarin.Forms (cross-platform projects for Android, iOS, and UWP). Each API has specific system requirements for your development machine as well as for the machines and devices to which you deploy your app.

Graphics
ArcGIS Runtime SDK for .NET uses DirectX to provide high-performance rendering of maps and scenes.
Falls back to DirectX 11 software rendering if hardware support is not available.
Requirements for using ArcGIS Runtime SDK for .NET (Xamarin.Android) for development on different platforms are described here. For information on setting up your development environment for Xamarin.Android or Xamarin.Forms see the following Microsoft topics:
Visual Studio 2019 16.4 minimum (with workload Mobile development with .NET)
Emulators
Google Android Emulator
AR toolkit
AR Toolkit for Xamarin.Android requires use of the d8 compiler. Using the legacy dx compiler results in a compile-time error.
Requirements for using ArcGIS Runtime SDK for .NET (Xamarin.iOS) for development on different platforms is described below. For information on setting up your development environment for Xamarin.iOS or Xamarin.Forms see the following Microsoft topics:
Visual Studio 2019 16.4 minimum (with workload Mobile development with .NET)

CPU architectures
armeabi-v7a - For targeting Android-supported devices with CPUs based on the 32-bit ARMv7 architecture.
arm64-v8a - For targeting Android-supported devices with CPUs based on the 64-bit ARMv8 architecture.
x86 - For targeting Android-supported devices with CPUs that support the x86 (or IA-32) instruction set (typically emulators).
x86_64 - For targeting Android-supported devices with CPUs that support the Intel64 architecture (the instruction set commonly referred to as "x86-64").
