Close a GeoPackage.

Remarks

The use of all data it contains should cease before closing a GeoPackage. For example: remove feature layers and rasters from maps and release feature tables.Attempts to access a GeoPackage after it is closed will fail, resulting in an error. After closing a GeoPackage, the underlying file it references can be deleted.
