Method RemovePoint
RemovePoint(Int32)
Removes a point from the part. Segments connecting to this point will be removed and the gap filled with a new line segment.

Remarks
The points in the part are the start and end points of segments. Removing a point can remove the two adjacent segments. A new line segment will reconnect the gap.
