Remarks
The source URI can point to either a local file path (i.e. file://c:/data/mapdata.tpk) or a map service URL (i.e. http://services.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services/World_Street_Map/MapServer).
This property cannot be set after the layer is loaded.
