Name	Description
Attachment	Gets the underlying attachment that this object wraps and helps with.
ContentType	Gets the MIME content type of the attachment.
EditState	Gets the current edit state of the attachment.
Filename	Gets the local temporary filepath where we store the attachment once it's loaded.
IsLocal	Gets a value indicating whether or not "loading" (fetching the data) will cause it to go over the network. `false` if the loading will cause a network request. `true` if it just needs to pull the data from a database.
LoadError	Gets the Exception associated with the last load error.
LoadStatus	Gets the load status.
Name	Gets the name of the attachment.
Size	Gets the size in bytes of the original attachment.
Type	Gets the type of the attachment.

CancelLoad()	Cancel loading metadata for the object.
CreateFullImageAsync()	Generates a runtime image. Causes the attachment to load if necessary.
CreateThumbnailAsync(Int32, Int32)	Generates a thumbnail for the attachment. Causes the attachment to load if necessary.
Finalize()	Finalizer
LoadAsync()	Load the metadata for the object asynchronously.
RetryLoadAsync()	Loads or retries loading metadata for the object asynchronously.
