Gets or sets a value indicating whether this surface is enabled and should be rendered.

Remarks
The "is enabled" state indicates if the Surface should rendered. If the surface is disabled, none of the elevation sources the Surface contains are used for rendering. If it is true then the elevation sources own IsEnabled state is used to determine if it is used for rendering.
