Gets the snapped-to-route location.

Remarks
This is based on the last GPS location passed-in to TrackLocationAsync(Location, CancellationToken).
If IsOnRoute is true, this will be same as DisplayLocation.
Otherwise, this value will stop updating and the last location that was on-route will be returned.
