Defines the view-based refresh behavior of a KmlNetworkLink
Fields
| Name | Description |
|---|---|
| Never | Ignore changes in the view. (default) |
| OnRegion | Refresh the file when the Region becomes active. |
| OnRequest | Refresh the file only when the user explicitly requests it. |
| OnStop | Refresh the file n milliseconds after movement stops, where n is specified by ViewRefreshTime. If no ViewRefreshTime is set, it defaults to 500 milliseconds. |
