FixedImageWidth
Gets the fixed width of maps the service is capable of producing, if specified.

Remarks
When present in WMS GetCapabilities response, a nonzero fixedWidth attribute
indicates that the server is not able to produce a map of this layer at a width
different from the indicated width.
