Method DeleteFolderAsync
DeleteFolderAsync(PortalFolder)
Deletes the specified folder from the portal. The folder must belong to this user. Deleting a folder also deletes all items that it contains.

Deletes the specified folder from the portal. The folder must belong to this user. Deleting a folder also deletes all items that it contains.
