Remarks
This property is only applicable if QueryOption is UseFilter.
When this property is true, features intersecting
Extent are candidates for taking offline.
When this property is false, all features are candidates.
If the WhereClause is also set, this further reduces the features.
For non-spatial tables this property must be set to false.
The default value of this property is true.
