Sets the rotation angle of the map

Parameters

Double	angleDegrees	Rotation angle in degrees.

Returns

System.Threading.Tasks.Task<Boolean>	True if the rotation animation completed, false if it was interrupted by another view navigation.

Remarks

Angle will be normalized between 0 and 360 degrees.
