Remarks
The source URI can point to either a local file path (i.e. file://c:/data/mapdata.vtpk) or a map service URL (i.e. http://services.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services/World_Street_Map/VectorTileServer).
In Windows Universal applications, you can also use ms-appx:/// and ms-appdata:/// paths to point to
local tile packages in the app or app data folders.
This property cannot be set after the layer is loaded.
