Enum FeatureLayer.RenderingMode

    • Enum Constant Detail

      • AUTOMATIC

        public static final FeatureLayer.RenderingMode AUTOMATIC
        The rendering mode for the layer will be automatically chosen based on the geometry type and Renderer.
        Since:
        100.2.0
      • STATIC

        public static final FeatureLayer.RenderingMode STATIC
        Static rendering mode - Features will only update between zoom and pan operations in a retained mode. This mode is good, for example, for complex geometries or features rendered with cartographic quality symbology. It may also be suited for rendering features when low end graphics hardware is used.
        Since:
        100.2.0
      • DYNAMIC

        public static final FeatureLayer.RenderingMode DYNAMIC
        Dynamic rendering mode - Features will be updated during pan and zoom operations for a smoothly rendered display. This mode is not supported by all Renderers. A HeatMapRenderer is an example of a renderer which does not support dynamic rendering mode.
        Since:
        100.2.0
    • Method Detail

      • values

        public static FeatureLayer.RenderingMode[] values()
        Returns an array containing the constants of this enum type, in the order they are declared. This method may be used to iterate over the constants as follows:
        for (FeatureLayer.RenderingMode c : FeatureLayer.RenderingMode.values())
            System.out.println(c);

        Returns:
        an array containing the constants of this enum type, in the order they are declared
      • valueOf

        public static FeatureLayer.RenderingMode valueOf(String name)
        Returns the enum constant of this type with the specified name. The string must match exactly an identifier used to declare an enum constant in this type. (Extraneous whitespace characters are not permitted.)
        Parameters:
        name - the name of the enum constant to be returned.
        Returns:
        the enum constant with the specified name
        Throws:
        IllegalArgumentException - if this enum type has no constant with the specified name
        NullPointerException - if the argument is null
