separation

The distance between the line symbols in the hatch pattern of a HatchFillSymbolLayer. By default, the values passed in are interpreted as DIPs. To use meters in 3D set the MultilayerSymbol.sceneSizeUnit property to SymbolSizeUnits.Meters. This switches the interpretation of the distance values from DIPs to meters.

The larger the value, the greater the separation between hatch lines. If no value is specified, a default of 5.3333 DIPs (4.0 points) is applied. Separation values must be non-negative.
