An object for inspecting and managing pyramids for this raster. This property is null until the raster is loaded.

After the raster is loaded, this property is available for file-based rasters. It is null for GeoPackageRaster, MosaicDatasetRaster, ImageServiceRaster, and rasters created from a RasterFunction.

When this property is not null, use it to inspect pyramid information, monitor build progress, start pyramid build or delete operations, and determine whether build or delete commands are currently available.
