Remarks
Use scene properties to control how graphics are displayed in a Esri.ArcGISRuntime.UI.Controls.SceneView. For example, you can adjust the AltitudeOffset or the SurfacePlacement in the Esri.ArcGISRuntime.UI.Controls.SceneView.
None of these settings are applied if the graphics overlay is added to a MapView.
