CommitTransaction()
Commits the edits in the transaction to the geodatabase.

Remarks
Commits the edits in the current transaction to the geodatabase. This will also end the transaction. An exception will be thrown if a transaction has not been started on the geodatabase. Transactions must be started and stopped on a single thread of execution.
