Initializes a new instance of the SimulationParameters class.

Parameters

Type	Name	Description
System.DateTimeOffset	startTime	Date and time of the first location. Each subsequent location will increment its timestamp by one second.
System.Double	velocity	Rate of travel, in meters per second. Note that a low velocity increases the number of locations created. The default value is 10.0.
System.Double	horizontalAccuracy	The horizontal accuracy to assign to generated locations. The default value is 0.0.
System.Double	verticalAccuracy	The vertical accuracy to assign to generated locations. The default value is 0.0.
