Remarks

There are 3 possible content types:

• No content
• Text content
• File content

Optionally a thumbnail can also be added.

PortalItemContentParameters(Stream, String, MediaTypeHeaderValue)	Initializes a new instance of the PortalItemContentParameters class with file content.
