This function is deprecated. We strongly advise against using it in new code.
Returns starts evaluating the GeotriggerMonitor.
When the GeotriggerMonitor is successfully performing checks, the status will be GeotriggerMonitorStatus::Started.
Returns a string representing the task ID of the asynchronous task.
