Companion

Creates a NetworkCredentialStore that persists NetworkCredentials to encrypted internal storage for re-use between application sessions. Any changes to the in-memory credential store will be synchronized with the persisted credentials. To create a store that does not persist credentials, use the default constructor of NetworkCredentialStore.
