Updates the object ID of this feature to get the permanent value after being added and applied back to the feature service.
This function returns true if the ID was changed to a permanent object ID, or false if the ID was already a permanent value or if the feature has not yet been added to the table. Permanent object IDs are positive, temporary ones are negative.
