The observer's location, heading, and pitch are determined by the location and orientation of this com.arcgismaps.mapping.GeoElement. Supported com.arcgismaps.mapping.GeoElement types are com.arcgismaps.mapping.view.Graphic, com.arcgismaps.data.Feature, com.arcgismaps.realtime.DynamicEntity, and com.arcgismaps.realtime.DynamicEntityObservation.
