To see translation settings for an ArcGIS Experience Builder app or template, click General then click Manage translations.
Experience Builder supports all languages that ArcGIS Online supports.
Translate app text
You can provide translations for any app text content that you enter manually. This includes, but is not limited to, Text widget text, Button widget text, widget names, page names, and Image widget alt text.
To add translations, do the following:

In the general settings, click Manage translations.

Click Add language.

Select one or more languages, then click Confirm.

Enter a translation for each text item.
Some widgets can have multiple text items. A percentage count appears for each language to show how many translations you have completed for that language.

If you add multiple languages, use the drop-down menu to switch languages.

Turn on the preview toggle button to preview translations in each language.
You can use the search tool to search for specific widgets in the default language. You can search by widget name or by the content of text items in the default language.
You can use the Filter by translation status button 
to narrow the list of strings to untranslated and outdated strings.

Untranslated—Strings that have no translation set in the currently selected language.

Outdated—Strings that have translations that are likely no longer accurate. Translations are labeled as outdated if you update the original text and create a mismatch between the text and the translation. You can use this filter to keep track of which translations you need to update when you update app text.
A list of supported languages appears when you click Add language. Languages are categorized under Full support and Partial support. Fully supported languages translate Esri-provided interface text and custom text that you enter in the app. Partially supported languages only translate text that you enter in the app.
Use the translation assistant
The translation assistant in Experience Builder is a tool for translating app text into multiple languages. The translation assistant uses artificial intelligence (AI) machine learning to generate translations for text in an app. For more information, see AI in ArcGIS Experience Builder.
To get started with the translation assistant, do the following:

In general settings, click Manage translations.

Click Add language, select at least one language, and click Confirm.

Click Translation Assistant, and click Continue.

In the Select languages to translate panel, select languages from the list.

Optionally, turn on Replace existing translations to generate translations for any languages that you have already translated.

Click Translate.
The assistant is not intended to replace human translators. Machine translations should be reviewed by a human.
Import and export translations
Any custom text that can be entered manually can be exported. You can add translations directly in items the Manage translations panel, or export those items to a Microsoft Excel file, edit the translations in the file, and import it later.
To export or import translations, you must configure at least one language in addition to the default language.
The .xlsx file contains a worksheet with at least three columns:

Column A—A key that represents Experience Builder widgets, page elements, or the cookie banner.

Column B—Text in the default language
-
Column C and additional columns—Text entered by the translator.
To import a completed translation file in .xlsx format, click Import translations The translated text is imported into the columns for each language in the Configure translation panel.
Default language
When you first open the Manage translations panel, the default language is defined by your organization default language settings. When a user is not signed in to an ArcGIS organization, the default language is defined by the web browser settings.
When switching between translated languages, the default language always displays with the currently selected translated language.
