The KmlAltitudeMode can be one of:

Enums.KmlAltitudeModeRelativeToGround | (1) (default) Interprets the <altitude> as a value in meters above the ground. If the point is over water, the <altitude> will be interpreted as a value in meters above sea level. |
Enums.KmlAltitudeModeAbsolute | (2) Interprets the <altitude> as a value in meters above sea level. |
Enums.KmlAltitudeModeUnknown | (-1) Unknown altitude type. |
