The PortalPrivilegeRealm can be one of:

Constant	Description
`Enums.PortalPrivilegeRealmUnknown`	`(-1)` Unknown realm.
`Enums.PortalPrivilegeRealmPortal`	`(0)` Used for privileges related to general portal content and usage.
`Enums.PortalPrivilegeRealmFeatures`	`(1)` Used for privileges related to feature editing.
`Enums.PortalPrivilegeRealmOpenData`	`(2)` Used for privileges related to ArcGIS Open Data.
`Enums.PortalPrivilegeRealmPremium`	`(3)` Used for privileges related to premium content.
`Enums.PortalPrivilegeRealmMarketplace`	`(4)` Used for privileges related to the ArcGIS Marketplace.
