Enums.RotationType enumeration

The RotationType can be one of:

Constant	Description
`Enums.RotationTypeArithmetic`	`(0)` Rotation is from zero on the x-axis (east) with positive rotation counterclockwise.
`Enums.RotationTypeGeographic`	`(1)` Rotation is from zero on the y-axis (north) with positive rotation clockwise.
