Navigate a map view

When you add a map to your application, you can automatically pan, zoom, and rotate the map using the keyboard, mouse, or touch. The following table lists the set of predefined touch, mouse, and keyboard shortcuts that are enabled by default:

  • ←↑→↓: Move the map in the direction of the arrow
Zoom in    • Scroll wheel forward
    • Hold the Shift key and drag a rectangle with the left or right mouse button
    • Spread
      Spread gesture
  • +: Zoom in on the view center
Zoom out                       • Scroll wheel backward
    • Hold the Shift+Ctrl keys and drag a rectangle using the left or right mouse button
    • Pinch
      Pinch gesture
  • -: Zoom out from the view center
Rotate    • Hold right button and drag    • N/A
