domain network

A domain network is the primary classification of a , representing the utility system type, such as electricity, gas, or water. This might be further classified as either a distribution or transmission domain network, such as a water transmission domain network and a water distribution domain network within the same utility network. All domain networks in a utility network share the same , connecting devices and lines by common structures. Each domain network contains a along with a type to indicate whether the subnetwork controllers are acting as sinks (resource flow is toward the controller) or sources (resource can only flow away from or exit the controller).
