standard endpoint

A standard endpoint is a URL for an ArcGIS location service hosted in a global cloud infrastructure. This includes the basemap layer service and most functionality available in the geocoding service and routing service. Standard endpoints are high-performance and most commonly used to build applications that access services from different countries around the world. To use a standard endpoint, an ArcGIS Developer account or ArcGIS Online account and an access token are required.
