cross-platform development

Cross-platform development is the capability supported by a number of ArcGIS APIs that help developers write code with an API that can be deployed on multiple platforms and devices. For example, ArcGIS Maps SDK for Java allows you to develop a single code base for Linux, macOS, and Windows. For a list of APIs, see ArcGIS Maps SDKs.
