hosted scene layer

A hosted scene layer is 3D scene data in a scene service stored in ArcGIS. It is accessible through an item, which is used to manage the layer's properties and capabilities. Hosted scene layers are typically created using data management tools to create (publish) them from existing hosted feature layers (point geometry only) or by using ArcGIS Pro to publish other 3D data types. Client applications can access 3D features through a hosted scene layer and display the data in a scene.
